Title: Revera Registered Nurse

Skill Requirements:


Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training


Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Licensure as a Registered Nurse by the province/territory of work


Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years


Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English


Work Setting: Home for the aged, Nursing or convalescent home


Area of Specialization: Geriatrics


Specific Skills: Assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions, Collaborate to plan, implement, co-ordinate and evaluate patient care, Dispense and administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician, Monitor, assess, address, document and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions, Supervise licensed practical nurses and other nursing staff


Essential Skills: Reading text, Oral communication, Working with others
